Kurt, honey, I don't know which universe you live in, but in the one that counts...Blaine is a douchebag of the highest caliber. You have a cuddly teddy bear who is totally in love with to you. Blaine hasn't even given any indication of liking you in that way.
I love the fact that you guys added the whole "you'll do anything Blaine says 'cause he's pretty" bit, because it is so accurate. I swear, if someone less attractive played that role, people (and Kurt) would see what a bleh character Blaine really is. Vanity is a bitch.
I think a lot of the Blaine love comes not only from Darren Criss' stunning good looks, but also from Darren Criss' amazing talent and popularity. I was a BIG Starkid fan before Glee even came around, and I'm super crazy about Darren. He's ridiculously talented (way more so than is shown on Glee), intelligent, hilarious, (freaking) hot (especially with non-Dalton hair), etc. etc. He's cool!
...But Blaine is boring and creepy. I truly believe that Blaine is popular because of Darren, not the other way around.
Oh, yes, Darren Criss is dreamy, isn't he? <3 The thing is, I had no idea of his existence before Glee. xD Then again, I didn't know about ANYONE on Glee before Glee. Except Jane Lynch. (And obviously the guest stars)
