I love how he just encourages her--with the ridiculous and with the moral support both. And yeah, she's not as stupid as she seems; she figured Dave out RIGHT QUICK. It's our belief that she tried to get Dave to sleep with her because everyone else wanted to, and that's how she found out. But she just hugged him and said it was okay if they only kissed, because she liked kissing and she thought Dave might, too, and... yeah. *hands*
