It's kind of a big reconciliation they're going through. Not everyone is going to be accepting and happy all the time.
ITAWTC! It's one of my pet peeves that adults forget that teenagers do everything in the extremes and that they are so damn emotional. If I had a dime for every time I heard, "I wish I could die!" or "Shut up, I'll kill you!" or "OMG, I can't go back to school!" or "No one will every love me!" and on on. You get the point.
This. I'll be perfectly honest. I'm not prone to the dramatic antics I got up to when I was their age. So I'm continuously amazed that I can sit here and relate and remember how everything was SUCH A FUCKING BIG DEAL.
